Pseudodance Theatre

Pseudodance Theatre was created to challenge the standard of Form and Beauty in Performance art, to promote accessibility to Concert Dance, and to support Artistic Diversity in Oklahoma.  The company consists of Dancers from various technical backgrounds, ranging in levels from the Professional to Amateur. By combining such varied levels, a wonderful texture is added to the Movement of each piece. In addition, each Body type is a unique work of art. No dancer should look the same as another.

Under the direction of Lynna Schneider, Pseudodance Theatre has established working relationships with many local artists including sculptors, painters, musicians, poets and videographers. These collaborations have created many unusual works exploring both the artistic and the physical boundaries of artists/performers and space/time. Pseudodance Theatre is committed to providing technically and artistically challenging work, thereby creating exciting events for the audience.
